Loosen that little bolt, and spin that metal cover, so the lip on it pushes down the switches - done that on mine and everything works as it should

Working on my track M1000r. The front headlight is around 3k usd.

Here is my design and prototype 3d print for getting more hp and saving weight.

In addition many of us have had success (me included) with placing a small piece of tubbing over the switch arm that does not contact well. Cheap, easy, quick and all works as it should.

May not work for all levers but worth a try.

have done this 'mod' on my R and XR for over 30k  miles on each. Only minor downside, if I can even call it that, is that pulling the clutch in does not disable the cruise control, but I generally start braking before using the clutch so no issue.
