I did 140 freeway miles yesterday and it was like flying a kite. I probably wouldn't do it, but do they even make handlebar fork-clamps for our bikes?

If you’re talking about installing clip-ons like the RR has, then yes, at least a couple of owners have gone down that route and posted about it in the past.
