nothing booked at Mallory at the moment sadly, but have 12th April, 10th May at Brands and 5th June ARD at Odiham  :152:  Weather forecast for the 12th is currently 11 deg...

Did Snetterton on Wednesday, great day but not without niggles, biggest being my SK1R bike failed the noise test! Totally confused as its the stock system with cat and aftermarket Akra slip-on, same as I used for the last track day that measured less than 100db, first reading was 104 (102 limit), second 103.  Thankfully they let it through anyway but a bit of a worry for next week.  Also managed to get covered in engine oil from a bike in front and my front MC bleed screw is weeping and won't seal  :110:

I did my first trackday on my S1R with standard ex.with the Akro,  another rider told me to get it hot and put it in rainmode for the test, it went through at 103 at CC where its 3/4 max revs  for the test!

the airfield riding days are twice yearly events the Odiham motorcycle club run (www.omcc.co.uk), only costs £20 per year to join, then the ARD's are £80 ish on top.  Not restricted to RAF personal, but I believe that's how it started and who runs much of it.   Def worth joining, they do other events too, like a two day track day at Cadwell, all of which are subsidised by the club.

Theres footage on YouTube of Odiham ARD's, they do book up very fast though so you have to keep an eye out for when they go on sale...

Edit BVG at Odiham on an XR -
