:028: Iíll take that!  Good review on our bike and honest.   I like the new MV but some test riders say the bike doesnít get wild until 8k rpmís.  Similar results when viewing the new Duck Streetfighter.  I want the low & mid range myself ,but itís a bhp numbers race for 2020 Hyper Naked I guess.  Iíd love to try the
Super Duke someday just for comparison with the S1K.

Saw that earlier and thought it was a fair and honest review from Neevesy.

Having ridden amongst the new SDR and current Tuono, I haven't found this current gen of the R to be lacking at all.

It will be interesting to see which direction BMW take with the new R.
The Streetfighter and Brutale will still be the anomalies of the group I reckon and will be more of a rich man's trinket rather than being bikes that will actually be used.

Good review and while the MV is beautiful, it is hard to justify that top-end-only performance on a street bike for that price. Then on the track, there is not enough wind protection and aerodynamics to make it well suited for that either. So what you have is a fast bike for the street where the only way to get into its sweet spot is where no one can clock you. The S1K might be older but it is more practical.

Im with you guys. Really like Neeves at MCN and think that was a fair review.  I certainly would put our bike ahead of the MT10 though.  Better power, higher quality fit and finish as well.  I will say this, I think they are pretty biased toward the Aprilla.  Great bike for sure but to rank the SFV4 behind the KTM. Naaa
Damn a Motorcycle, if someone would buy this thing I'd take the bus home!
