Only time it might go down for a short period is during the night when we take a backup (around 4.30am GMT). Even then it should still be up but could occasionally run a bit slow.

Occasionally we automatically block IP addresses if the system detects hacking and brute force attempts. Sometimes (most times..) these come via VPN servers so if you use a VPN which has a bad reputation then it might get blocked.

If we do a planned outage we'd always announce it in advance.

Otherwise site is up and running 24/7. Last unplanned outage was last November when it was out for quite a few hours (at night) due to a routing issue at the datacentre.

Thanks for your reply. I checked it, your host has some dns issues with the nordic region, at least Sweden during specific hours. If you'll let them know they can probably fix it quite easily.

We are the host, we run our own servers !   :001:

Why do you think there's a problem with the DNS ? Our DNS is running on a global anycast network so any problems in a particular region should be compensated from somewhere else.

If you have some extra info then pm me with the details and we'll check it out  :028:
