Make sure you do the sprockets as well. I just ordered a new set of superlite sprockets and the ek mvxz2 for my bike in the 520 pitch set up, stock gearing. Will be installing this weekend hopefully. Run them before on my speed triple and worked just fine. Definitely more expensive options out there like the DID which I have also had and liked. I feel like as long as you don't buy a really cheap one and use the river style link then there won't be issues. I'm sure others will chime in with their experience and opinions as well, but that my 2 cents.

I went with DID 525 ZVM-X With JT sprockets and Im quite satisfied. I wouldve chose the gold version(it is supposed to give a better protection against corrosion) but it wasnt available. Unfortunately, I dont know why, but my14 came from the dealer with a Regina chain kit and the quality was somewhere below bad, and i had to replace it now, at 17.500km. I never consider maintenance a joke so i cleaned and lubed it regularly. Still... that was the best i could make of it. Disappointing, truly.
What type of chain did your bikes come with? ..

I have a RK520 MAX  and Driven sprockets in a drawer waiting to be used. But have no idea if thats good or bad choice but thats whats going on when needed.

I've used Renthal and Tsubaki previously - both good - I gave up on gold chains - as soon as you got salt on them in winter the gold just comes straight off - and I mean immediately (1 or 2 rides on both chain brands) - just go for the silver finish - generally the key brands wear well with tlc !
