Black widow headers
« on: August 06, 2019, 09:50:55 PM »
Hi! Currently looking at installing the black widow headers

https://www.blackwidowexhausts.co.uk/s1000r-2014-2016-performance-de-cat-exhaust-downpipes-collector-headers-35717-p.asp

Does anyone have any experience / opinion in regards to this brand? It seems quite cheap to the alternatives.

Thanks!  :001:

Hi,

I had this full exhaust system in my previous bike (Suzuki GSX750) and I was very satisfied about the quality and the sound.  :018: Nothing bad to say at all... Easy to install and works like a dream. Some mapping maybe necessary after the installation. Are you planning to buy just the headers or the whole system? I am seriously thinking to buy the full system...

Had a full system on an cat removal R6 silencer as well fitted lovely good quality but need to be careful if you do trackdays it will not pass noise regs unless you have a really long silencer.
Still nice bit of kit and resonably priced :152:
