Hi all,

I've found multiple threads about front brake juddering and warped disc. Mine started doing it recently ('17 w/ only 4k miles) when coming to a complete stop after riding for a bit. I've just had the front right caliper replaced under warranty due to a stuck piston.

When I brought it up to the service manager at my local dealer, he said it might be due to a warped rotor but it will NOT be covered under warranty?!  :232: :232:

Has anyone had their warped rotor replaced under warranty? If so, what should I do to get it covered? It's allegedly $450 a piece to replace at the stealership.

Theres been some issues I think with the 17+ brakes maybe  - my callipers seized at 1300 miles and the bike at 9 months old had been previously owned by BMW themselves! I just serviced the callipers myself - If they wont consider a brake rotor replacement, Id just buy the Brembo items direct - probably cheaper !
