They are really good sound suppressors, so over-priced in defined by those willing to pay for them. My wife love's hers, I tried them and they really do work exceptionally well, they just did not fit my ear too well, otherwise I would be using them, and quite willing to pay that price. btw I also use 'cheap' foam ones as well, simply because they fit my ear canal  more comfortably.

I have used similar ones. They are painful to remove. Also many reviews for those pricey plugs do complain about fitment.
