Been Biking for 21 years now. Had about 12 bikes or so in that time. Most makes and types. In terms of BMW has an R850R and K1200LT. Currently have a 2009 K1300GT. Extremely capable bike Does everything really well. 160bhp. Just two weeks ago took possession of a 2016 S1000R Sport. Had less than 1800 miles on it. Always kept indoors so basically brand new like. Love it. Has everything except cruise control which I wish it had. Many might say its not for cruising. Maybe so but its nice to occasionally sit up / back and not have to keep the hand on the throttle. Investigating manual cruise control options based around the grip. Anyway delighted with it. Can't fault it (other than not sure sure they couldn't have allowed to steering to turn a bit tighter. Mainly for slow manoeuvring. Anyway great to get on this forum too. Plenty to learn no doubt.

:400: Gotta love cruise control for the heavily policed sections. A manual one will be better than nothing. Enjoy the new toy  :305:
