Do you keep your S1000R mostly stock or modify it a lot?

I keep it mostly stock (as-is).
I enjoy modifying it a lot.

Well Im 44 and I still like to mod my ride.  So, I bought a low beam HID, Xpel clear film for the tank, LED signals, CRG Arrow bar end mirrors, passenger white sport pillion cover, and Ohlins damper.  That should do me right for the moment.  The bike in itself is a complete gem and Im tickled pink at the moment. :034:

A good mount for those bar end mirrors: https://www.rhinomoto.com/https:/www.rhinomoto.com/s1000-heavy-mirror-mounts/

They transformed the feel of the bike for me.

Good to know because thats exactly what I picked up for those mirrors.  I saw someone mention that in a review on Revzilla about the Rhinomoto bar ends and the infamous buzz on our bikes.

The tail tidy for aesthetics and a damper for usability. Damper slightly helps with head shake when shifting gears at high speeds.

I got an akrapovic slip on, the shorty. Breathes a bit better, maybe a placebo.
