You'd never be able to feel that tiny increase in HP, but you can feel the difference in the suspension as a result of the lower unsprung weight.

I did the 520 conversion with renthal sprockets(same gearing as stock) on my Triumph daytona 675. Like the article says, its not a massive improvement but if you concentrate, and know your bike well enough, it does feel a little friskier.

Not worth wasting a perfectly good chain/sprocket for the conversion, but I certainly plan on going for it whenever the chain on the R gives up.
