Spread the love for your dealer's service department
« on: September 22, 2018, 06:08:10 PM »
Buying your bike is great fun and people often praise the salesman they worked with.  But the service department deserves praise as well!

So with this in mind, here is your opportunity to let us know about how great the service department is at the dealer you use. Simply name them and a little blurb as to why you think they are great.

Williams Motorcycles, Manchester. Nothing but praise, nothing too much trouble.

Hardly noticeable minute paint blemish on tank prior to collection - no problem, tank replaced without question.

Coolant loss issue ongoing - BMW UK Technical and BMW Berlin now involved. Thanks to Jim, Janet, Andrew and Alex.

They look after Michael Rutter's bike so that also inspires confidence.

Top quality organisation and very highly recommend.

Highly recommend both Balderstone (Peterborough area) and Rieten Motorrad in Suffolk.  The former supplied and serviced my RT and the latter have just also serviced it (and sold me an R while they were at it).  Both exemplary.

I'd avoid the shower in Norwich, though.

Ha! Yes they do. They seem to have cottoned onto the social media/customer service angle which makes all the difference IMO.  Those idiots in Norwich don't even want to answer their phones, let alone sell/service you.
