Ha, I'm the same as you. I weight about 86kg with gear and have it dialed in with the correct sag.

It's OK but I can't see why everyone goes mad for it???

Honestly, if you can find a S1000r (not the sport) - which is hard - bargain them down then spend about 2k on the suspension - it will be one of the best bikes on the road and flexible enough to optimise for the track. DDC is perfect forthe road and gives me everything I need but again well set up, upgraded suspension is a dream too !  I could now only live with either (DDC or upgrades) and not standard manufacturers suspenders (any / all) oem

Lucky you.

I wish I could get close to the target sag measurements, but me being heavy f*cker makes that impossible, I get to choose between super-stiff and I'm sore after an hour of riding, or soft and the suspension bottoms out all the time and I'm sore after an hour of riding.

Find a non ddc bike then bargain them down No way am well happy with my basic suspension    :008:
