2017 fork spring rate
« on: August 04, 2018, 05:53:29 AM »
Hi guys. Does anyone know for certain what the OEM fork spring rate is in the DDC equiped 2017 S1KR? Australian model if it makes any difference.
I've just installed the Wilbers WESA rear shock which is nice, but it highlights the front being a little choppy now. At 70Kg I struggle to get the fork sag into the range recommended in the manual.

Didn't think I'd be replying to myself!
I believe I have an answer to the fork spring rate. According to Wilbers they are 8.3 N-m.
I'll take that as being correct until I can prove it otherwise by removing my springs and measuring.  :028:
