Fuel indicator problem
on: January 04, 2020, 05:08:35 PM
I searched and found nothing about.
I recently had an accident on the bike and now that I am almost recovered I am starting to pack the bike and buy the fairings.
Now when the bike is started, the fuel level does not appear in the tank and the spare light is on the one with the fuel symbol next to the neutral light.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem may be.

Sounds like the fuel level sensor (float on a rod) broke or bent. Typical pricey BMW part ~$130 but it is easy to replace yourself.
