« on: May 13, 2018, 09:09:05 PM »
Hi of recent I cannot change the suspension setting at all I think it is possibly the switch at fault. I heard this is a known issue but is thier anything you can do to try fix it or is it a visit to dealers?

Hi .
I had to replace the left switch cluster, because  the info button would stick down
It is a pain because you need very small torx bits to separate the switch.
The grip is held on with a small nut and bolt.
It is not a difficult job if you have the correct tools.
BMW know they cause problems, ask if they will replace it free of charge.
