I just wanted to say that I received mine today.  It came with all the necessary supplies (3d printed piece and screws) as well as instructions for install.  Although, I must say the install probably didn't need them since it is essentially screwing two pieces together.  All in all, very well put together and I'm excited to give it a go on my bike later.

Thanks again!

Thanks. The instructions are probably overkill but some people arent very mechanical and it wasnt hard to do.
Enjoy

Received and installed yesterday. Great fit except the screws could be beefier. I guess they should hold fine.

Glad you like it. Not a lot of room for larger screws, but Ive had mine on my bike for almost a year with no issues so should be fine. Let me know if you have any problems.
Thanks

Finally made a little video highlighting this mount. It's pretty awesome and definitely worth it, thanks again Gluemonster.  :062:
