Did some spring cleaning.

Washing the bike.
Used iron-removing compound on metals.

Used moisturizer to restore black plastics.

Applied metal polish to a cleaning brush that I attached to a cordless drill to remove oxidization/grime from the exhaust.

Looks great!

Question: is that a clear or tinted marathon screen on there?

thanks a lot

It needs professional detailing though. Deep cleaning and paint restoration.

That is a tinted screen.

Hi my name is Mitchell and I live in the Netherlands and this is my S1000R.

I recently got my akra titanium headers and the race mapping from rs2e.de with the bmw auto blipper, launch control & cylinder cut DTC. The bike is a absolute maniac. However, I do find it very difficult to ''blue'' the headers. I've been on several long trips since I got it, highway and road. The blueing doesn't seem to creep any further down the pipes. RJ's headers from youtube seem to blue the complete lenght of the pipe. Tips are welcome! :)

I read somewhere that someone used a blowtorch on their Ti headers which turned them blue.

Im not going to deny it looks good but I just dont understand why you didnt just buy a RR ? The money it cost to get it look like that must be more then buying a RR in the same year surely  :187:
