Thank you very much! Could you give me the link from ebay or the sellers id so i can buy the same stuff? I think its even more efficient with fiberglass. Did u mount it yourself?

Yes, I replaced an exhaust on my own, it took me 4 days.
Fiberglass is cheaper but it's very unpleasant to work with, I've got a thousand tiny needles on my hands and clothes.
I've used 2 x (2" x 50") rolls.
Go with titanium wrap it has better stats and it's easier to apply.
Here's a video

I've been finding this issue too lately i was considering removing the tank and putting heat reflective tape on the frame internally.  That makes sense though that the radiator fan is blowing the hot air from radiator across the headers at 'X'C and making everything else even hotter.

I'd be interested in seeing if anyone wraps the stock header if that improves the situation

I've heard of people (this thread?) having success suppressing the felt heat by installing a carbon cover on the frame. Just a suggestion as I have no personal experience with this but would like to know first hand if it does

Here's a link to motomillion site with a carbon cover that says it helps with the heat issue. This is for a RR but point is the same.

I bought some of that fibreglass, gold reflective stick on stuff to put on the inside of frame just not got round to it yet but since the weather got a bit cooler I've not experienced the issues anything like as bad as it was this summer

FAN is on left hand side of the radiator so more heat dissipation will come from that side toward your leg positions when FAN is working.
On low speeds/waiting on traffic light, idle FAN will kick in as heat from engine goes up very very fast.
