Schroedie emblem running-blinker
« on: April 11, 2019, 11:45:32 PM »
I just ordered a set of schroedie emblem blinkers
I had them on my k13s and they looked bad-ass
While I wait for the package from Germany I thought of asking if someone is running a pair of those.

Cheers

Havent come across Schroedie before, but I recall other posts about illuminated emblems in the past. Having them alternate between white and orange when indicating seems like a bit of a design flaw - they should really alternate between off and orange for maximum visibility and then switch back to white when not indicating. Other than that they look pretty smart.

According to their website and a couple of videos I saw on YouTube, they do not alternate between amber and off when indicating, so...

Looks great on that K1300.  Did you cut into the wiring or is there an option to avoid that?  I like the idea especially riding @ night if they were runners (accent lighting).

Truth be told, I have zero wiring skills. My local wizard made an invisible job. My understanding is that minimal splicing is required and that schroedi us top notch in providing safe and fully compatible components. Will make sure to share photos of the wiring job once I get the components.
