I pulled over to switch into "Road/Soft" mode.  I was right behind him the whole way down, but not too close because of the sand getting thrown up.

I've never seen any Condors that far south.  I've seen them plenty farther afield, though.

Yeah, we did hit Cerro- after ACH/AF, Big and Little Ts, Vasquez, Spunky, Lake Hughes...

Yeah- Chaplain (who's a good rider and knew when to say when) bailed out at the halfway point, completely wiped.

Robert and I are used to really long days in the saddle, so for us it's just another ride.  I left the house at 6:30 in the morning and got home at 8 at night- often I get home after midnight.
