Interesting... :007: Where from and if you've tried them yet were there any problems with the gear lever and brake pedals?

Please see my post on the mods forum as per rule at the beginning of this long thread...

Your foot position is lower so you need to adjust to that fact on both sides of the bike, No issues of any kind with usage.

(How much / where from ?)

I have been looking at one of these about 249 - I was thinking of contacting them to see how big a group purchase would need to be to attract a discount and then seeing about maybe organising it if it was worthwhile  :164:

I have just got in from the garage just this very minute. I have just fitted black stock side panels instead of those silver/grey things that were standard on my bike. A bit of a bugger to line up the 'tags' that connect onto the side of the front tank cover by the middle mounting screw. Whilst I was flaffing around, trying to line it all up, the loose tank cover put some light scratches into the paint on one side  :230:

These I will have to get polished out properly, they are not too deep but they are there and a bit too much for normal cut / renovator .....

I also fitted the H&B sports rack with a new lock set (lots of fun with those tiny springs and wafers setting up the lock to my key), so I can switch easily between pillion/seat cowl or sports rack as and when I need to.

Bike is in for its first service on Friday - derestricted and fit the Pro plug  :007:   I might treat myself to an Akropovic silencer as well. Can't wait.

Thanks. When you have fitted it let us know what your thoughts are please. I have quite few trips planned for this year and this maybe a good investment.

Will do  :028: There are quite a few Sargent threads floating around that you might want to look at. Also got some Rox Risers on order.

Sargent seat and Rox Risers fitted. First impressions are I like the seat and the risers make a small but significant difference, not least that I can now see more than my elbows in the mirrors  :002:
