The blue wheels look a bit shi............just kidding, that looks fantastic!  Will definitely have to consider blue if I own this bike long enough to order a set of forged wheels.

Nice job!
Why is common sense so uncommon?

How do you guys find the K1300R compared to the S1000R? Which would you chose between the two if you had to keep one? I got a K1300S from my dealer to play on for the day a couple of weeks back and I'm still thinking about how utterly capable and enjoyable I found it.

Put the red plug in
Gave it a wash
Lots of ACF50
Lubed chain
And wife was away so did the whole thing with nobody yelling at me at any point.  Heaven.

What bags are those and what is your opinion of them? They look great.

Spent the first 30 years of my life near that area and remember the feeling.  Never quite stored my bikes that well, you never know when a nice day might come along.  I remember riding home from work in snow storms so I wouldn't have to car pool with my wife in the morning, and freezing my butt of in the spring because I wanted to ride so badly.  Hang in...

Hepco & Becker C-Bow system + Street Soft Bags, available from site sponsor Moto Machines:

http://www.motomachines.com/Hepco-Becker-C-Bow-Carrier-for-Softbags--BMW-S1000R-from-2014_p_4731.html

These bags are great.  I debated between these and the SW-Motech ones.  I like that the mounting hardware on the SW-Motech ones comes off the bike easily when you aren't using the bags.  But the SW-Motech bags rest on the tailsection and I was concerned about paint damage.  The Hepco & Becker bags don't touch the tailsection.
