If you haven't seen it, check out his review of the S1000R, it's amusing to say the least, especially when he says "it's a jizz machine" :008:

Thanks - will put in an order.

Seen the vid - very funny and the bike he rides, is the one I had my test ride on about a week later.

Since I am still under breaking in period (means up to 9000 rpm) and I had some doubts, went at lunch for a small bit of German Autobahn to clarify two doubts:

Was engine limited to 9000 rpm? Answer NO, small bit of 10000 reached :164:
Was I not looking correctly last time and at 9000 rpm I saw 180 Km/h instead of 200 Km/h? Answer I was looking wrong  :082: Yes 200+- Km/h 9000 rpm

Now she rests for some days while her sister goes for a spin.

I think I triggered the anti-wheelie a few times (for the first time). Accelerated hard in second to get past some vehicles and the front seemed to lift off the ground momentarily. Is that how it works? (I was in dynamic mode).

Other than that was practicing my cornering on some Essex country roads around Finchingfield. Some really good roads. Saw what I thought was an orange McLaren 12C behind me and wondered whether he would try to chase me...but almost immediately came up to a car and a van, went past and that was the last I saw of him.

Every time I ride my S1000R the more I love it!!
