Hi resurrecting an old post in hope someone can help. Bought bmw OA  connector and nippy Normans usb lead (BAS-USB2). Passed it to our electrician who has soldered the joints and added heat shrink. Just plugged it in to campus on LHS fairing (front plug)  but no joy. Tried RHS  fairing and still no joy. I can only assume the electrician hasn't solder to the correct terminals. Any other possibilities?? Thanks

It sounds like the usb lead isnít soldered to the right wires on the connector. I canít remember which two of the three wires you need, but there are threads that cover it on here... somewhere.

Spot on. Reversed the connections and all working good 👍👍
