Gen 3 Lambda fault code after header install

Hello Everyone,

I installed an M4 exhaust header yesterday, and the bike ran for a few seconds. I get the error message fault in engine control. GS911 scan reveals this message, Lambda Probes, Broadband lambda probes in front of the catalysts, connection reversed.

I am have tried swapping the two front (big) O2 sensors and reset mix adaptation with GS911 but error still appears. Please your help will be appreciated.

 Update! I bought new Lambda sensors and the problem did not go away.
After tons of research I then decided to buy Brentune stage 1 and 2.  Bike runs like new, smooth as silk. All 02 error codes are now off and are staying off.
