60 with 9 years NCB with 3 points for speeding I paid £119 with Swinton insurance and £14 cashback from Quidco so £105.  Depends where you live, some postcodes a lot more expensive than others

Ah ok Brill thanks for putting me straight

I got the email off MCE , so Iíve swapped to bemoto they asked for proof of no claims bonus but MCE canít give it to me as ďthey are having a high demand on the livechat and canít reply to emailsĒ . If theyíre that busy dealing with folk how have they gone bust?
Plus the bellends told me I canít have last years NCB as they go tits up on 31st of January , my policy needed renewing two weeks later because itís two weeks shy of a full year theyíve goosed me
Donít give them a penny!!

Avoid like the plague! I had to unfortunately claim in 2019 for a 6mth old S1kr, book price was £12,990, they paid me out 8k after months of battling with gap insurance which was also a joke, all in all I was out 5k of which £1000 excess.

Same story here awaiting proof of no claims from them for bemoto who wonít accept proof that I gave mce last year as Iíve had a mce policy since hopefully it will arrive before the 2 week deadline.

Hi all i was with MCE who went bust . Last yr paid £130 ish so went on the various compare sites went with Be Moto compare the market at £230  ASDA at £189 like for like. .I buy the cheapest I can as if you claim unless the damage is more than 5k you just pay it back in yearly premiums.

Got an Email from the FSCS regarding compensation for the outstanding balance on my cancelled policy, which is good.

Renewed with Bennetts at a 20% increased premium (as cheap as i could get it). Hopefully the refund will cover the difference.
