Welcome to the forum ping.   :401:

If I were in the market for a new SR, this would be the colour I'd choose. A nice looking bike that.  :169:

Keep us all informed how you get on with it.

Excuse my ignorance, but what are the condition of your roads in Brunei?

Thanks Spartacus!  :152:

Love the color ever since I first lay my eyes on it. BTW this is a huge jump for me in CC as I am upgrading from a 2011 Yamaha XJ6.

Will post more pictures of it after taking delivery. But I'm kind of bummed out with the lack of accessories online for this new model.

The condition of the roads in Brunei is a mix bag. Some areas they're ok and some are bumpy. But all in all the roads are quite rough which I think is good for tire grip when its wet. But then again tires get worn out much quicker.

Donít worry about the jump up from your Yamaha, the S1000 is a very friendly bike to ride and the electronics are brilliant

Good to know and I'm really looking forward to collecting it. Just that theres not much accessories available like taller windscreen and sliders or crash bars available in the market currently.

For my 5ft 8 height it works well helping motorway  blasts taking a decent amount off chest and head it won’t stop it all but made a significant improvement for me.
