How do I turn my Navigator 5 off in the cradle?
on: August 01, 2021, 05:15:40 PM
HI all I have just got a Nav 5 .When I fit it in the Nav 4 cradle the on/off button is covered . Which stops me from turning It off. I wired it to the battery with an in line fuse It's fitted on a 20 S1000R so no wheel .Don't fancy taking it off all the time as it will wear the locking mech . Any ideas  cheers Jeff.

if you wire it to the Aux plug, it will auto turn off after about 30s, that is what mine does on my '14 R

Mine is behind the left radiator panel. Check at the front of your Owner Manual in the overview section for "OA plug for Navigation".
